About Resolution Education
Resolution Education has over 20 years of experience in adult training and education, specialising in de-escalation, dealing with difficult behaviour and Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) training. Our training is designed to give your employees a comprehensive toolkit with practical and legal strategies to remain composed and to resolve difficult situations when managing challenging behaviour and aggression.
All trainees learn how to defuse situations and prioritise de-escalation by minimising physical incidents and where necessary using non-punitive physical intervention techniques. Our training is impactful and hands-on, using role play scenarios to learn techniques in managing volatile situations in an interactive environment.
