Resolution Education’s e-Learning Packages allow for independent study of two of the fundamental principles in the A.D.P. Framework – Awareness and De-escalation.
We offer both standard and customised packages in topics ranging from De-escalation and Conflict Resolution to Induction and Onboarding.

At Resolution Education we understand that staff training needs may vary depending on the organisation; therefore, we provide the choice of four different e-Learning packages:
Option 1: (Text Based with Quizzes) Staff read information and answer questions on that module.
Option 2: (Video Based with Quizzes) Staff watch videos of a Resolution Education Trainer explaining each concept chosen by your team leaders during the initial 30-60-minute meeting (pre-filming stage). There are also a number of quiz questions staff answer after they complete watching the videos.
Option 3: (Adventure-Based Video e-Learning) Staff watch a video and then choose from the given options what they would do in that scenario.
Option 4: Fully tailored e-Learning created through discussion around training needs (multiple modules to choose from).
Depending on the LMS used, the answers and tracking of staff for each module completed can go directly to your HR systems.
