- Delivering: Face-to-Face
- Location: Australia, New Zealand and Internationally – at your workplace or at a convenient location of your choice
- Capacity: Up to 10 people
- What To Wear: Clothes you would normally wear to work
- Certification: 1-year certification to deliver the training (to maintain this certification, there is a 1-day refresher course to attend annually)
